Acknowledging your problems and solving them to get on with your life is the best thing. Your problems can never be the source of unhappiness, sorrow, or grief for you.

Time can’t be same all the while. Similarly health doesn’t: Ups & Downs are a part of it. At times you could feel unwell or have some health issues. Health issues are common. The body working around the clock may fall once in a while to reboot the whole system. Not dealing with the health crisis at the right time could make it get worse resulting to other problems.
2. Workplace Enigma
Workplace enigma is common among many. Being Common doesn’t mean you should take it happily or healthily. Of course:

You may feel guilty of grave dereliction on failing to achieve your goals. Remember, Failures are meant to deliver some learning. Learn to deal with the failure positively and you will be able to deal with every barrier that you come across.
6. Financial Crisis
The life is unpredictable, so are the financial crisis. Though we all are ready for the bad times, the financial crisis can catch us off-guard. Frustration and stress might hit at that time. Losing the job, lose in investment, or a downfall in business world could be the root cause. Accept what all happens and deal with it. Get back on your feet by identifying the things which have gone wrong.
7. Career Pressure
While walking towards success, the work-related issues might make it difficult in getting on with your career. Many issues like not getting the promotion you worked so hard for, not getting the job you applied so wishfully for etc. might be there. Explore your inner-self, such as personal issues or attitudinal problems so that you can deal with these issues. Work on yourself and get back to be the best.

Unjust/unfair treatment is usually witnessed when people get in power. Feeling so could be a misunderstanding as well. Obviously not those serious disorders and diseases. Some minor issues that we usually ignore brings us Mental Health Issues . We are too busy with our busy lives that we forget that mental stress and anxiety are serious issues and we need to seek help for that as soon as possible.
